About Michael Coverman, MD

Austin Dermatology Clinic was founded in 1978 by Dr. Coverman. He had one full time employee and was brand new to Austin. In 1981, he hired his first licensed aesthetician, and then opened the first licensed skin care salon in Austin with a Dermatologist as Director and present at all times. Because of Dr. Coverman's concern that his patients enjoy the best, newest, and safest procedures, he has now expanded to a full time staff of nine, offering every medical and cosmetic dermatology procedure, in a state-of-the-art facility.
