During this process, a whitening agent is applied directly to the teeth, and heat and/or light activates the whitening effect.
After your treatment, it is recommended that you refrain from eating and/or drinking any staining foods/beverages, including red wine, coffee, tobacco, and dark sodas. Most patients experience satisfactory results that last up to two years.
