About Samuel Beran, MD
Dr. Beran's expertise encompasses both aesthetic facial surgery and body contouring. He has co-authored the definitive text on the subject of ultrasound-assisted lipoplasty (liposuction) and is nationally recognized in the field of body contouring. Dr. Beran is also a contributing author and editor of Selected Readings in Plastic Surgery, a leading text in plastic surgery education. He is in demand as a lecturer and has spoken nationally on such topics as breast augmentation, liposuction, and facial rejuvenation.
Board Certified
Dr. Beran is a board certified plastic surgeon, specializing in cosmetic surgery. He spent several years teaching and practicing cosmetic surgery at the prestigious University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas before relocating to Westchester County as part of the Cosmetic Surgery Associates of Westchester.
