On this episode we meet Lori and Peter. Lori is taunted for looking like a witch, and Peter thinks he looks like a vampire. But they soon will find out that they are going to receive an Extreme Makeover™.

LORI:
Lori is a 37-year-old mother from New York. All her life she has been taunted because of her pointy nose. She has been referred to as the town witch. Even her children have to live with the taunts their mother receives and have even gotten into fights over it. So Lori avoids school activities and wears disguises in public just to hide her face. However Lori was in for a big surprise when she found out she was selected to be on Extreme Makeover the television series.

Once in California, Lori meets with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Jon A. Perlman, M.D., F.A.C.S. After the consultation, Dr. Perlman knew how he was going to help Lori with her appearance.

Lori’s surgical makeover will include:
