This September, he launched his lingerie line, “Shapewear,” in Brazil – a post-operative, body slimming undergarment line that has already gained popularity in the states. Having partnered up with retailer Polishop.com.br, Dr. Rey’s collection of body shaping, sexy, elegant lingerie is specifically designed for a woman’s body. Known as “Dr. Hollywood” in Brazil, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon not only decided to take his sophisticated lingerie line overseas; he is also in talk with two TV stations (Band and RedeTV) about the possibility of taping a Brazilian Reality show. It is said that RedeTV has priority, because they already re-broadcast episodes of “Dr. 90210” in Brazil. Should Dr. Rey be featured in this new Reality show series, the camera will follow a select few of Dr. Rey’s clients as well as his social work in Brazil.
